Thermity Offer Management System (TOMS)

  • TOMS is a comprehensive product designed specifically for the needs of the telecommunication industry, where campaign or product management and their life-cycle management can be done.
  • TOMS will communicate directly with customers by offering campaigns, products through different channels (SMS, USSD, IVR etc.), collecting the answers that the customer will give and taking action according to the answers given, affecting the direct revenues of the operators.
  • The preparation of campaigns or offers in telecommunication operators is done by different methods. In networks where many complex data take in place, reaching the right target audience is the most important success criterion for campaigns or offers. The success rate will be low if a campaign or offer is offered to the right audience at wrong time or wrong audience at right time. Accurate information turns into a winner when you are directed to the right target group at the right time only. For this reason, correct processing of the data, accurate analysis and quick campaign or offer delivery is very important. In this way, operations that are directly affects to revenue should never be left to manual, slow and human can make mistake processes.

Analytics (Complex Event Processor)

A campaign may be triggered with the analytics module when the set of criteria or criteria are met through pre-defined rules. This module enables or disables the definition of advanced criteria by listening to live or offline (edr-cdr) event resources in multiple networks.

Example 1
Triggering X campaign for customers who have made a tariff change in the last week and have exceeded an accumulative $ 10 total top-up in the last month.
Example 2
Activating / submitting backup data package at second time of exhausted data quota before validity time within last 2 months.

Customer Segmentation & Dynamic White List Creation

Connects to more than one data or event resource, creates white lists for campaigns / offers by doing customer segmentation in infinite combination. For the gap that can occur in the White Lists between the time of creation of these lists and the time of campaign / offer launch time, the target group which is close to 100% is determined with last minute check.

Bundle Creation (Atomic Process)

TOMS can package a bundle by combining different offerings and offer it as a single offer. The activations of these offerings can be made through different systems. The activity of bundles can be carried out in the form of atomic operations.

Example
5 Gb data and 1000 minutes network voice packet: Connects to X system and reserves 5 Gb data, and then if any error occurs while reserving 1000 minutes from Y system, TOMS cancels the previous reservation on X system.

Cross Campaign Sales

Subscriptions that are included in a campaign may suggest other previously associated related campaigns. Or, subscribers included in a campaign may block other previously associated campaign entries.

Example 1
Propose a 50% discount for 1000 minutes of on-network minutes to subscribers who has a 5 GB data subscription and in the X tariff.
Example 2
Do not allow subscribers to receive 1000 minutes on-network discounted offer who already has discounted 5 gb of data from X tariff

Life Cycle Management

TOMS fulfills the activities to be performed according to the life cycle of the products / offers that the subscribers have. This can be reminder messages when offer / product expiry date before arrives or end of offer / product messages or another product / offer may be triggered or the current product / offer may be renewed.

Renewal Module

TOMS renewal module makes re-activation of offers / products when expiry date of existing products arrive or according to design when quota exhausted before expiry date by making direct charging or retry on charging if there is insufficient balance situation or deducts amount when subscriber makes first top-up activity.

TOMS Admin, Customer Care and Reporting Portals

The TOMS Admin Portal, where only the users can easily access, the settings of all features of the system are made, campaign design flows are created; TOMS Customer Care Portal, which can be accessed by users only for the resolution of customer complaints; TOMS Reporting Portal for reports that each related department can easily access, create more than one type and flexibly since the campaigns were run, provides users with features such as secure access from all types of terminals, user activity logging.

3rd Party API Support

TOMS can list existing subscriptions, eligible offers / products to subscribe, make subscription to selected offer / products or cancel subscription from selected offers / products through its 3rd party API. In addition, this API can send alerts to external systems that are connected by means of renewal, such as warning alerts or warnings about the end of your package and provides reports on activities performed through TOMS 3rd party API of these external systems.

Uninterrupted Campaign or Product Design Change

When there is a change in the current product / offer (such as a change in the work flow or a change in the target group or change in the notification messages etc.), TOMS provides %100 campaign up time without making interruption between campaign stop and start activities.
