Thermity was founded in 2009 in Istanbul to provide research and development services to vendors as subcontractors. Research and development activities of IVR, Call Center, Campaign Management System, Media Gateway and Voice Mail products have been carried out in the telecommunication sector operators in Turkey, Madagascar and Iraq. Since 2014, Thermity has been doing business as a main contractor instead of subcontracting contracts.
In Zain Iraq where Thermity started to their business as a subcontractor and system integrator at 2012, till 2014 Thermity has been working as a direct contractor and accomplished TOMS deployment & integration with Zain Iraq network elements. At the same time, Thermity has been providing Managed Services (L1-L2-L3 and hardware support) since 2014. It also maintains support services for previously made subcontracting contracts.
Within the scope of TOMS Managed Services since 2014, Thermity has been delivered 1000+ campaigns thus, gain experience about marketing and IT departments’ requirements. By continuing to develop TOMS, we have shifted our main focus to campaign management, analytics / customer segmentation and offer life cycle management systems.
