The concept paper which is prepared by marketing teams is analysed with existing system capabilities and its applicability. All requirement lists are created & submitted for the design.
Applied concept paper tests are performed and all test results are shared with the customer. During the tests that the customer will make, the necessary support is given.
At the request of the customer, all necessary reporting is provided and a possible problem is intercepted and the customer is notified by 7/24 monitoring live systems' processes and products.
